SCORE Central Virginia Hosts Successful Pitch Summit, Empowering Local Entrepreneurs
It was indeed a humbling experience and we’re happy to report that GAD Youth Center was awarded 1st Prize ($2,300) as well as the prize for Audience Pick ($500).
Congratulations to all the winners as well as the entrepreneurs selected as the top 10 finalists.
GAD’s mission of “REBUILDING and REDEFINING the VILLAGE it takes to raise a child” was indeed in full effect for this project.
When we say, “It takes a village”, it’s not just a cliché. Our sincerest thanks to GAD’s village for your efforts in putting together a final product that resulted in GAD being selected as one of the top 10 finalists and invited to pitch live.
