What's In A Name?

The family is the heart of society, the irreplaceable foundation upon which everything else is built. It is through parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins, etc. that we come to know who we are and where we come from. In the past, family gatherings were precious moments to share stories, photographs, recipes, and memories—preserving the rich history of our families for generations to come. Unfortunately, as time passes, many families have lost this beautiful tradition, and with it, a vital connection to their past. As a result, future generations risk becoming disconnected from their roots.

GAD stands for Generation A.D ("Generations in the Year of Our Lord").  We believe the family unit, rooted in faith and guided by godly principles, is the cornerstone of a thriving society. We are committed to helping families reconnect by equipping youth with the tools they need to build strong relationships and solid foundations, regardless of the challenges they may face.

Our programs go beyond teaching essential life skills; they impart timeless principles of faith and character that can be applied in everyday life. As these young individuals grow into adulthood, they are empowered to create and lead families that are strong, supportive, and grounded in faith, values, and love.

By investing in our youth today, we are shaping a lasting impact that will positively influence generations to come.

Mission

“REBUILDING and REDEFINING the village it will take to raise the next generations”

The mission of Rebuilding and Redefining the Village is a powerful call to action, emphasizing the collective responsibility we all share in nurturing and guiding the next generations. It reminds us that it takes a community—families, educators, leaders, and mentors—working together to provide a foundation of love, support, and wisdom. This mission recognizes that the village of the future needs to be strong, adaptable, and inclusive, fostering environments where young people can thrive, learn, and grow.

By focusing on rebuilding and redefining what it means to be a village, we can create spaces of empowerment, connection, and resilience, where every individual is equipped to face challenges and contribute positively to society. It’s a vision of hope, collaboration, and transformation for a brighter future.

Vision

"Guiding the next generation with Faith and Purpose”

Our vision for GAD Youth Center is to create a nurturing and inspiring environment where youth are empowered to explore, grow, and flourish in both their faith and personal development.

Through engaging programs, mentorship, and a supportive community, we envision fostering a generation of compassionate and resilient leaders who embody the values of faith, integrity, and service. Together, we strive to cultivate a vibrant community where each teen is empowered to embrace their potential, make meaningful connections, and positively impact the world around them."
