Joseph Center’s 2024 Business & Leadership Conference Pitch Competition

On March 22, 2024, GAD competed in the Annual Business & Leadership Conference (BLC) Pitch Competition in Forest Park, Illinois. This event was hosted by the Joseph Business School of Living Word Christian Center. With Over 108 entries submitted in Round 1, GAD Youth Center secured one of the top 10 invitations to compete in Round 2. This involved a 3-minute live presentation before 3 judges. Upon final scoring, the judges awarded GAD Youth Center 3rd Place and a cash prize of$2,500.

Waiting in the Green Room…can you believe out of 10 contestants; we were the last to present? So grateful for having a prayer life that helped calm my nerves while watching my competitors pitch and respond during the Q&A with the judges.
